Q: Who is Grant Swap for?
A: BIPOC founders, women founders, nonprofit leaders, and community builders looking for funding to grow their work. Whether you're idea-stage or established, you're welcome.
Q: Do I need to come every month?
A: Nope. Drop in whenever it's useful. Some founders come every month; others show up when they're in active funding-seeking mode. Both are perfectly fine.
Q: Do I need to prepare anything?
A: Just show up. If you've come across a grant, program, or funding opportunity you want to share, bring it — but it's not required. Come as you are.
Q: Are the grants Canadian or American?
A: Both. We cover funding opportunities across Canada and the US, so founders on either side of the border will find something relevant.
Q: Is it really free?
A: Yes. Grant Circle is free to attend. If you find it valuable and want to support the work that goes into it, we'll always appreciate a coffee — but there's no cost to show up.
